Job Vacancy – Trust and Company Administrator

Acclaim has a vacancy for a full time experienced Trust and Company Administrator with particular knowledge of new business on-boarding to enhance a growing and enthusiastic team.

We are seeking a candidate who has experience in all aspects of Company Secretarial and Trust work but with a focus on new business take on and compliance, so a previous role in a compliance environment would be an advantage. A working knowledge of the AML/CFT regulations is essential. Also, experience in relation to eGaming would be useful but not essential.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable using a variety of systems within a paperless office. Being highly organised is critical to the role, along with the ability to follow procedures with absolute accuracy.

The candidate will deal with clients directly and assist our dedicated team of administrators, whilst working alongside the Directors on a daily basis.

We expect the candidate to manage their own workload and prioritise tasks, using training and information they have gathered to problem-solve efficiently.

Candidates seeking to apply for this role should have a minimum of two years’ recent experience with a licensed Corporate and Trust Service Provider.
